By order of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing as of 18 September 2001, Mr Demonchy (Pierre), a divisional engineer of public works of the State, is entitled, on his application, to claim his right to retirement under Articles L. 4 (1) and L. 24 (I, 1 °) of the Pension Code, effective 7 January 2002.
