Refundable Drug Margins Order dated January 7, 2002

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Employment and Solidarity, and the Minister of Health,
Given the Social Security Code, Sections L. 162-16, L. 162-16-1, L. 162-17 and L. 162-38;
Given the code of public health, including articles L. 5123-1, L. 5121-8, L. 5121-13, L. 5121-1 (5 °) and R. 5106;
In light of the August 4, 1987, amended price and Margins of reimbursable drugs and vaccines and allergens prepared specifically for an individual;
In view of the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employed Workers,
Stop:

Item 1


Appendix I-5 of the Order of August 4, 1987 is thus completed:
A la topic " Drugs at Restricted prescription requiring special surveillance during treatment ", add:" Luveris ".

Item 2


The The Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and the Suppression of Fraud, the Director of Social Security and the Director General of Health shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, each of which shall be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
