Decree of 31 December 2001 on the payment of the balance provided for in Article 40 of Act No. 2000-1257 of 23 December 2000 on the financing of social security for 2001

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Employment and Solidarity,
In view of Law No. 2000-1257 of 23 December 2000 on the financing of Social security for 2001, in particular Article 40 (IV);
In view of Decree No. 2001-1242 of 21 December 2001 on the Social Modernisation Fund for Health Care Facilities,
Stop:

Article 1


The available balance of the Social Support Fund for the modernisation of health care institutions as of the date of The creation of the fund for the social modernisation of health institutions amounts to EUR 79 926 285.96. This balance is paid to the Social Modernization Fund for health care institutions.

Article 2


All obligations and Claims of the Social Support Fund for the modernisation of health facilities are transferred to the Social Modernisation Fund for health care institutions.

Article 3


The Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity are responsible for each As regards the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
