The Minister for Overseas Affairs,
As amended by Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 as amended. Statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees, in particular Article 8 thereof;
In view of the minutes of the elections of the representatives of the Staff in the Joint Administrative Committees with respect to the incumbents of categories A, B and C of the Headquarters of the Department of Overseas Affairs as of 9 November 2004, 14 April 2005, 14 November 2005, 17 October 2006, October 19, 2006 and December 5, 2006;
On the proposal of the Director of Political, Administrative and Financial Affairs,
