Given the request made by the Mutual of Personnel of the Prefectures and territorial administration (MPPAT), whose head office is in Limoges (87000), 20, boulevard Victor-Hugo, for approval of the transfer, by way of merger-absorption, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of Notices of accession to regulations and contracts to the General Mutuelle des prefectures et de l' administration Territorial (MGPAT), whose head office is in Toulouse (31071), 76, rue de la Colombette;
In view of the deliberation of 1 June 2006 The General Assembly of the Mutuelle of the Prefectures and Territorial Administration Staff;
In view of the deliberation of the general assembly of the General Mutuelle des prefectures and the territorial administration on 22 and 23 June 2006 ;
Having regard to the opinion published in the Official Journal of 14 October 2006 inviting the creditors of the mutual interests concerned to submit their observations on the transfer project;
Having regard to the solvency certificate of 13 November 2006 issued by the Authority Insurance and mutual insurance control;
In view of the supporting documents, including the Merger Treaty, Stop:
Approved, effective January 1, 2006, the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions set out in Article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of the Staff of the Prefectures and of the Territorial Administration for the benefit of General Mutuelle of Prefectures and Territorial Administration.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for The execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
