DECRET
Decree of 9 January 2004 appointing a prefect

The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
In light of articles 13 and 72 of the Constitution;
Given the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants;
As amended by Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In light of the amended Decree No. 64-805 of 29 July 1964 laying down the regulations applicable to prefects;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1

Mr. Jean Paraf, prefect of Tarn-et-Garonne, is appointed as an out-of-frame prefect. It will be called to other functions.

Article 2

The Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Of the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
