Notice to Importers of Certain Flowers Originating in Israel

In accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 22/2003 of 6 January 2003 (OJ L 2/2003), importers are informed that the preferential customs duty fixed by Regulation (EC) No 747/2001 is suspended for the import of multiflore (spray) carnations originating in Israel falling within CN code ex 0603 10 20, For the open quota period from 1 January to 31 December 2003.
The Common Customs Tariff law is reinstated.
This measure comes into force on 8 January 2003.
