Seen the Decree of 1 October 1926 relative to measures of administrative simplification concerning seaports and waterways;
Considering Decree No. 47-233 23 January 1947 changed allowing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Considering Decree No. 53-1169 of November 28, 1953, regulation of public administration for the purposes of the Decree of September 30, 1953, on the reform of administrative litigation, modified by the Decree of 29 January 1957;
Considering Decree No. 85-659 of July 2, 1985 amended fixing the Organization of the central administration of the Ministry of urban development, housing and transport;
Seen the Decree of 15 November 2001 on the appointment of the Director of land transport;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 relating to the composition of the Government;
See Decree No. 2002 - 983 of July 12, 2002 related to the powers of the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea;
Seen the Decree of 2 August 2002 bearing delegation of signature;
Given the Decree of 2 May 1997 amended organizing land transport management;
Given the Decree of 29 May 1997 amended organizing branches of management of land transport in offices;
Given the Decree of 17 July 2002 on delegation of signing decrees: Article 1 in the absence or incapacity of Mr. Patrice Raulin, Director of land transport, the planned delegation to article 1 of the Decree of 2 August 2002 referred to above is devolved, within the limits of its powers, to Mr. Philippe Maler, Deputy Director of central administration, Deputy Director of land transport.


Article 2 the Decree of 8 July 2002 delegation of signature is repealed.


Article 3 the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
