DECRET
Signing delegation order of January 9, 2003

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
Given the Public Procurement Code;
Given the October 1 Order in Council 1926 on administrative simplification measures relating to seaports and inland waterways;
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Seen the Decree No. 53-1169 of 28 November 1953 on the regulation of public administration for the application of the Decree of 30 September 1953 on the reform of administrative disputes, as amended by the Decree of 29 January 1957;
In the light of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985, as amended fixing the organization of the headquarters of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Given the decree of 15 November 2001 on the appointment of the Director of Land Transport;
In the light of the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, tourism and the sea;
Given the Order in Council of August 2, 2002 with delegated signing authority;
In light of the Order of May 2, 1997 amending the organization of the ground transportation branch;
Given the Order of May 29, 1997, as amended Organizing the sub-directorates of the ground transportation branch in offices;
In view of the July 17, 2002 signing delegation order,
Décrète:

Article 1


In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Patrice Raulin, Director of Land Transport, the delegation provided for Article 1 of the Decree of 2 August 2002 is vested, within the limits of its powers, to Mr Philippe Maler, Deputy Director of Central Administration, Deputy Director of Land Transport.

Item 2


The Signature Delegation Order of July 8, 2002 is repealed.

Article 3


The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
