Order of January 8, 2007 ending duties in the minister's office

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In accordance with Decree No. 48-1233 of 28 July 1948 on the regulation of public administration in respect of the Concerns ministerial cabinets, as amended in particular by Decree No. 51-1030 of 21 August 1951;
Given the decree of 31 May 2005 appointing the Prime Minister;
In view of the decree of 2 June 2005 on the composition of the Government;
Vu The Order of June 30, 2005 appointing the Minister's Office,

The functions of Mr. Pierre-Laurent Simoni are terminated as an advisor to the Minister's Office.
