Decree of 22 December 2006 repealing the decree of 23 June 2006 fixing the list of bodies referred to in Article 3 of Decree No. 90-437 of 28 May 1990, as amended by the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable development

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
As amended Order No. 90-437 of May 28, 1990, setting out the terms and conditions for the settlement of costs Caused by the movements of civilian personnel in the metropolitan territory of France when they are responsible for the budgets of the State, the national administrative institutions and certain subsidised bodies ;
In view of Decree No. 2006-781 of 3 July 2006 laying down the conditions and rules for the settlement of the costs of the temporary movement of civil personnel of the State, in particular Articles 1 and 12,
Arrête:

Article 1

The order of 23 June 2006 fixing the list of bodies referred to in Article 3 of Decree No. 90-437 of 28 May 1990 Amended by the Department of Ecology and Sustainable Development is repealed.

Article 2

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
