The National Federation of Radio-transmitters at the service of civil safety is accredited at national level for Participate in civil security missions according to the type of mission and the geographical scope of action defined below:

The National Federation of Radio-transmitters at the Safe Emergency Preparedness Service Civil assistance and international solidarity assistance, in the framework of multilateral agreements, in particular within the European Union, or bilaterally
In this case, and with the exception of an ad hoc agreement, and including full or partial management of their transport by the French State, the association may not claim compensation from the French State or return against it in the case of Accident.
Approval granted by this Order may be withdrawn in the event of non-compliance with one of the conditions laid down By the aforementioned decree of 27 February 2006.
The National Federation of Radio-transmitters in the Service of Civil Security Undertakes to report, without delay, to the Minister responsible for civil safety any substantial change that may have a significant impact on the civil security accreditation, for which this order is made.
The Director of Defence and Civil Security, a senior defence official, is responsible for the execution of this Order, Which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
