Given the Social Security Code, and in particular articles L. 165-1 to L. 165-5 and R. 165-1 to R. 165-30;

Article 2

This Order takes effect as from 1 February 2006.

Article 3

The Director of Security And the Director General of Health at the Ministry of Health and Solidarity shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
