ARRETE
Decree of 28 December 2004 on the insaisability of cultural property

By order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Culture and communication on December 28, 2004, the following cultural objects:
Giorgio Morandi, Metaphysical still life with a manequin, 1918, oil on canvas, inv. 8957;
Giorgio Morandi, Still life, 1925, oil on canvas, inv. 8898,
belonging to the Hermitage Museum of Saint Petersburg (Russian Federation) are exempt during the period of their loan to France, from 1 March 2005 to 27 June 2005, pursuant to the provisions of Article 61 of Law No. 94-679 August 8, 1994.
These works are presented as part of the exhibition " The Time of Melancolie, Italian Art and Metaphysics, 1912-1935 " At the Musée de Grenoble, from 12 March 2005 to 12 June 2005.
