Notice to Importers of Certain Flowers from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip

In accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 11/2004 of 5 January 2004 (OJ No L 2/2004), importers are informed that the preferential customs duty fixed by Regulation (EC) No 747/2001 is suspended for the import of uniflores (standards) originating in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip,
code ex 0603.10.20.
As a result, the Common Customs Tariff right is reinstated.
This measure entered into force on January 7, 2004.
