Decree of 18 December 2003 on the extension of an amendment to the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded in the framework of the Inter-professional Council of Wines of Roussillon

Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and Minister Delegate to Budget And budgetary reform,
In view of Articles L. 632-1 to L. 632-11 of the Rural Code relating to agricultural interprofessional organisations;
In view of the decrees defining the wines of the controlled appellation of origin of the jurisdiction of the Council Interprofessional des vins du Roussillon à Appellation d' origine contrôlée (CIVR);
In the light of the decree of 18 December 2000 on the recognition as an interprofessional organization of the interprofessional council of wines of Roussillon at Controlled appellation of origin (CIVR);
In view of the three-year interprofessional agreement for the years 2001 to 2003 concluded on 20 December 2000 in the framework of the Inter-professional Council of wines of Roussillon with a controlled appellation of origin (CIVR) ;
As a result of the three-year inter-professional agreement signed on December 18, 2002 at the CIVR General Assembly,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the amendment to the three-year inter-professional agreement concluded on 20 December 2000 within the framework of the Interprofessional Council of wines of Roussillon as a controlled appellation of origin (CIVR), set out in the Annex to this Order in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 41 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/99 of 17 May 1999 Commune of the market in wine and on the placing on the reserve of wines of controlled origin ' Muscat de Rivesaltes ", harvest 2003, are extended in the regions producing the appellation of origin wines of the jurisdiction of the board:
- Winegrowers and winegrowers producing wines with controlled appellations of origin under the jurisdiction of the CIVR;
-to dealers in fine, large and retail wines and wine brokers marketing these appellations.

Article 2


The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director General of Competition, Consumer and And the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

TO THE 2001-2003 INTERPROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A RESERVE FOR THE AOC MUSCAT DE RECOLTE RECOLOR 2003
The Interprofessional Wine Council of Roussillon decides:


Article 1


It is set up on the Muscat de Rivesaltes 2003 controlled appellation of origin. Set aside above 25 hectolitres/hectare of wine, or approximately 22.5 hectolitres/ha of must.
The release of this reservation will be made by decision of the board of directors of the CIVR on the proposal of the section Interprofessional Rivesaltes-Muscat de Rivesaltes-Grand Roussillon-Maury.
The release date will be immediately communicated to the jurisdictions involved.


Article 2


Young Farmers Installed for less than five years (reference CVI) will benefit from an additional volume release corresponding to 4.5 hectolitres/hectare applicable over a maximum area of 4 hectares
Height of 30 hectolitres/hectare of wine made, or approximately 27 hectolitres/hectare of must on 4 hectares, the remainder of the operation being subject to the rules of Article 1.
