The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the sea, the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,

Item 1
Article 3 of the decree of 30 October 2003 is amended as follows:
" By joint custody, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, and the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing, The
board is composed as follows:
-two members of the Department of Justice of Category A (a member of the Directorate of Judicial Protection of the Youth of the Ministry of Justice and a member of the prison administration of the Ministry of Justice);
-two representatives appointed by the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and Belonging to a category A.
The chairperson of the selection board may appeal to qualified referees who have a consultative vote and who participate in the correction of tests and questions under the same conditions as other members The jury. "
