DECRET
Decree of 9 January 2003 appointing the deputy head of the Commissariat à l' atomic energy

President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and Minister Delegate to Industry,
Given Order No. 45-2563 of 18 October 1945 establishing an Office of the Atomic Energy Office, together with the amended and completed texts;
In light of the amended Decree No. 70-878 of 29 September 1970 on the Office of the Atomic Energy Commission, in particular its article 4;
Given the Order in Council of December 16, 1999 appointing the Deputy Head of the Office of the Atomic Energy Commissioner;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1


Mr. Alain Bugat is appointed Deputy Head of the Atomic Energy Commission.

Article 2


The Prime Minister, the Minister of Defence, the Minister for Youth, National Education and Research, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister responsible for Industry and the Minister responsible for Research and New Technologies are responsible for the application of this Order, each of which will be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
