ARRETE
Order of 7 January 2003 laying down the number of posts offered in the competition for the recruitment of supervisors of the decentralised services of the prison administration

By Custody of Seals, Minister of Justice, and Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning of 7 January 2003, the number of places offered in the open competition by order of 22 August 2002 for the recruitment of Supervisors Disconcentrated services of the penitentiary administration is fixed at 517 and allocated as follows:
Men: 414 places;
Women: 103 seats.
In addition, 442 places will be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Pensions Disability and victims of war and 61 places for disabled workers.
Unfilled positions for reserved jobs are:
-paid within two-thirds of the posts offered in this capacity on a contractual basis Application of Article 10 of Decree No. 95-979 of 25 August 1995;
-added, within one-third of the posts offered in this capacity, to the jobs to be filled by competition.
The posts which have been repaid to the benefit of the Contract and which would not be filled within a period of three months from the date of publication of this Decree shall be in addition to the posts to be filled by competition.
