By deliberation as of December 18, 2001, the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel Decided, pursuant to section 28-3 of the Act of September 30, 1986, as amended, to authorize the Association Young to broadcast a terrestrial radio broadcasting service known as Radio Zygomar, during the periods of 7 to 13 January 2002, from 4 to 10 February 2002, from 4 to 10 March 2002, from 1 to 7 April 2002, from 6 to 12 May 2002 and from 27 May to 2 June 2002:
