ARRETE
Decree of 26 December 2001 amending the Decree of 25 January 1989 laying down the arrangements for connecting, by way of competition funds, proceeds from the disposal of equipment Used computer, office and telematic information by the prefectural administration to private or public persons outside the State budget

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of the Interior,
In accordance with Order No. 59-2 of January 2, 1959, Organic Law on the Laws of Financial, and in particular Article 19;
In view of Decree No 87-899 of 30 October 1987 authorising the transfer of proceeds from the disposal of computer, office and telematics equipment by means of competition funds Provided by the ministries to private or public persons not covered by the State budget;
In view of the decree of 25 January 1989, amended by the decree of 15 February 2000 laying down the arrangements for connecting, by means of funds of Competition, from proceeds from the disposal of used computer, office and telematic equipment made by the prefectural administration to private or public persons outside the State budget,
Stop :

Article 1

Article 1 of the decree of 25 January 1989 is amended as follows:
" The Proceeds of Revenue From the alienation of used computer, office and telematic materials made by the prefectural administration to private or public persons not covered by the State budget shall be connected by means of competitive funds to the Budget of the Ministry of the Interior, after applying a 10 % levy to the general budget, according to the following distribution key:
-Chapter 37-10: 54 %;
-Chapter 37-20: 26 %;
-Chapter 37-21: 20 %. "

Article 2

This Order takes effect as from 1 January 2001 and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
