ARRETE
Order of 24 December 2001 authorising for the year 2002 the opening of a competition for the recruitment of administrative secretaries of prefecture (Ministry of the Interior) and secretaries Administrative services of the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries

By order of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of Culture Communication, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister for the Public Service and the reform of the State as of 24 December 2001, irrespective of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to jobs Reserved for the beneficiaries of the Code of invalidity and war victims and disabled workers, is authorised for the year 2002 the opening of an external joint competition for the recruitment of secretaries Administration of the prefecture (Ministry of the Interior) and administrative secretaries of the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
The total number of posts offered is set at 171
Following:
Ministry of the Interior: 91 posts:
-prefectures metropolis: 86;
-administrative jurisdictions: 4;
-overseas prefectures: 1;
Ministry of Culture and Communication: 20 posts;
Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries: 60 posts.
In addition to the number set out above, 102 posts are available to the beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and the Victims of War according to the
Department of the Interior: 55:
-prefectures metropolis: 54;
-administrative jurisdictions: 1;
Ministry of Culture and Communication: 9;
Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries: 38.
The posts not filled by this category of candidates will be added to the jobs to be filled by competition.
In addition, 26 posts are reserved for disabled workers according to the following distribution:
Ministry of the Interior: 14;
Ministry of Culture and Communication: 2;
Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries: 10.
Jobs offered for recruitment of disabled workers under the reserved employment legislation will be Carried forward on a contractual basis. Positions not filled by contract will be added to the jobs to be filled by competition.
Competitions are deconcentrated, the dates of entries closing, the dates of the tests, the composition of the jury and the list of candidates. The
distribution of posts shall be fixed by order of the Minister of the Interior and by order of the Minister of Agriculture and fisheries, published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
