In light of Decree No. 2002-38 of 8 January 2002 on the indicial classification of midwives of the hospital public service;
In the opinion of the Board of Governors From the hospital public service,

The index scale for midwifery, effective January 1, 2002, is set in accordance with the table appended to this order.
The index order of September 1, 1989, as amended, relating to the indicidal installment of midwives in the hospital public service is repealed.
The Director of the Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Director of Hospitalization and Care of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity are responsible, Each as regards the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
