The monthly amount of the minimum insertion income for a tenant is 440.86 as of January 1, 2007.
The monthly amount of solidarity income in the overseas departments and in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is 456.74 effective January 1, 2007.
The daily amount of the insertion allowance and the temporary allowance is 10.22 effective January 1, 2007.
The daily amount of the specific solidarity allowance is 14.51 as of January 1, 2007.
The amount of the increase granted to elderly tenants of Fifty-five years or more and justifying twenty years of paid employment, to elderly tenants of fifty-seven and a half years or more justifying ten years of paid employment as well as to the lessees justifying at least 160 consecutive quarters In compulsory basic old-age insurance schemes or equivalent recognised periods shall be set at 6.32 as from 1 January 2007.
The daily amount of the equivalent retiring allowance is 31.32 effective January 1, 2007.
Exceptional assistance is awarded to the beneficiaries of the minimum inclusion income entitled to a minimum income allowance for insertion in the month of November 2006 or, failing that, the month of December 2006.
This assistance is allocated provided that, for these periods, the amount of the allowance owing is not zero.
The amount of this assistance is equal to 152.45 for a single person, increased by 50 % when the home is made up of two Persons and 30 % for each additional person present at the household, provided that such persons are the spouse, partner bound by a civil solidarity pact or concubin of the person concerned or are dependent on them. Where the home has more than two children or persons under twenty-five years of age, with the exception of the spouse, partner bound by a civil solidarity pact or concubin of the person concerned, the increase to which each child is entitled Or persons is increased to 40 % from the third child or third person.
