ARRETE
Decree of 28 December 2004 authorising Lille Management and Trade School to issue a diploma referred to by the minister responsible for higher education.

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
Given the code of education, and in particular articles L. 443-2 and L. 641-5;
Given Decree No. 2001-295 of 4 April 2001 establishing the Evaluation Commission for Management Training and Diplomas;
In view of the Decree of 8 March 2001 on diplomas awarded by private technical and consular institutions By the State;
In view of the opinion of the Evaluation Commission for Management Training and Diplomas as of 14 June 2004;
In view of the opinion of the National Council on Higher Education and Research of 18 October 2004,

Article 1

The Ecole de gestion et de commerce de Lille is authorized to issue a diploma referred to by the Minister responsible for Higher education for a period of one year for pupils beginning their schooling as from 1 September 2004.
The benefit of the diploma visa is also granted to students who are in the course of training and having started their education at the time of their education. 2002 and 2003 and having satisfied the knowledge control under the conditions laid down in the above request.

Article 2

The Director of Higher Education shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
