ARRETE
Decree of 6 January 2004 on general rules governing the organisation and nature of competition tests for l' access to the body of technicians of the environment

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended relating to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No 2001-586 of 5 July 2001 Special status of the body of environmental technicians;
Having regard to Decree n ° 2004-28 of 6 January 2004 on the organisation of recruitment competitions for State officials of categories B and C and professional recruitment examinations Category C officials reserved for certain non-incumbent agents under the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development, pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of Precarious employment and recruitment modernization in the Public Service, as well as working time in the territorial public service,

Article 1


Recruitment competitions for access to the body of environmental technicians organized under the The aforementioned decree of 6 January 2004 contains two admission tests, one written and the other oral.

Article 2


The written test Admission consists of the study of a practical case involving scientific, technical, legal and administrative concepts (duration of the test: three hours; coefficient 1; two subjects of choice).

Article 3


The oral admission test begins with a presentation by the candidate about his professional experience and the duties he has performed; this presentation is followed by a Interview with the board whose objective is to verify the professional competence of the candidate and to determine the person's ability to situate himself in his professional environment and his ability to adapt to the tasks and tasks Entrusted to the agents of the body from questions put by the jury (duration of the test: thirty minutes; duration of the presentation: ten minutes maximum; length of the interview: twenty minutes minimum; coefficient 1).

Article 4


Admission tests are rated from 0 to 20. No person shall be declared admitted if he or she has not obtained a score for each event at least 8 of 20 and for all tests a total of points at least 20.

Article 5


At the end of the tests, the jury shall draw up, in order of merit, the list of candidates definitively admitted and a supplementary list of admission.

Article 6


The Director General of Administration, Finance and International Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
