Candidates may submit to the competitions provided for in Article 1 only if they report or fall within the expiry date of their last contract of the Ministry of Ecology
candidates referred to in the preceding paragraph shall not be able to present themselves in the same year as in a single competition for access to one body of each category Organised pursuant to Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001.
