By order of the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior, Security And the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry of 31 December 2002, Mr Schmeltz (Bernard), civil administrator outside the class, attached for his management at the Ministry of the Interior, Security Internal and local freedoms, is maintained on secondment as Head of Foreign Affairs and Cross-Border Movement (Directorate of Civil Liberties and Legal Affairs) in the central administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Internal security and local freedoms, for a maximum period of three years from 27 September 2002.
