Order dated December 24, 2002, reorganization of accounting positions for the Treasury deconcentrated services

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In view of the Public Health Code, in particular Article L. 6145-8;
In light of Decree No. 95-869 of 2 August 1995 Amended setting out the special status of employees in category A of the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
In view of the December 21, 2001, amended Order classifying non-centralizing accounting positions in the Consolidated Revenue Service of the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
The director of the regional hospital of the hospital of the Pays de la Loire of 5 July 2002 and of 12 December 2002;
On the report of the Director General of Public Accounts,
Stop:

Article 1

The financial and accounting management of the local inter-communal hospital-The Croisic is attached to the Treasury of Saint-Nazaire hospital centre (department of the Loire-Atlantique).

Article 2

The treasury of Saint-Nazaire centre Hospital is renamed treasury of Saint-Nazaire hospitals hospitals (department of the Loire-Atlantique).

Article 3

Le The reorganized cash position in accordance with the preceding articles shall be determined by decision of the Director General of Public Accounts.

Article 4

The Director General of Public Accounts shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
