In the absence or incapacity of Mr. Philippe Cèbe, Director of Financial Affairs and General Administration, of Mr. Arnaud d' Escrivan, Head of Service, and Mr. Frédéric Ricard, Chief Engineer of Bridges and Pavements:
I.-Mr. Lucien Foucault, Divisional Engineer of the State, Delegation to Sign, on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing And within the limits of the duties of the office of applications, all contracts, decisions, order letters and purchase orders of an amount less than EUR 8 000 TTC;
II. -Mr. André Maisonneuve, divisional engineer of public works of the State, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing, and within the limits of the functions of the Office of Networks and Office Technology All contracts, decisions, order letters and purchase orders worth less than EUR 8 000 TTC;

The amended Order in Council of July 21, 1999 is repealed.
