ARRETE
Decree of 7 January 2002, taken pursuant to Decree No. 2002-30 of 7 January 2002 on the compensation scheme for certain judges of the judiciary.

The Seals Guard, Minister of Justice, the Minister of Public Service and State Reform and the Secretary of State for the Budget,
In light of Decree No. 2002-30 of 7 January 2002 Concerning the compensation scheme for certain judges of the judiciary,
Stop:

Article 1


The rate of the flat-rate premium provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 7 January 2002 referred to above shall be fixed according to Provisions set out in the Annex to this Order.

Article 2


The additional premium provided for in Article 1 of the Decree of 7 January The following 2002 is allocated:
-to judges delegated to the equipment, for a monthly amount of EUR 82;
-on the proposal of the Chief of Court of Appeal, by decision of the custody of the seals, Minister of Justice, to the magistrates who Have habitual knowledge of the offences referred to in Article 706-16 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the exercise of the prosecution, investigation and judgment functions, for a maximum monthly amount of EUR 762;
-to the presiding judge Committee on Informatics, Networks and Electronic Communication in the Ministry of Justice, for a monthly amount of EUR 915.

Article 3


The terms and conditions for the award of compensation for periodic penalty payments, provided for in Article 3 of the aforementioned decree of 7 January 2002, shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Annex to this
. Judges of the courts of appeal, the higher courts of appeal, the courts of high instance and the first instance in respect of the compensation provided for in Article 3 of the Decree of 7 January 2002 referred to above:
-46 EUR By periodic penalty payments, within the maximum limit of EUR 534 per month and by magistrate;
-30 EUR by periodic penalty payments on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, within the maximum limit of EUR 229 per month and by magistrate
Plans are cumulative.

Item 4


The Director of Judicial Services, the Director of the Budget and the Director General The administration and the public service shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
