By order of the President of the Republic dated 5 January 2007, Mr. Patrice Decharette de la Contrie, magistrate of the first rank, is being held in a position of secondment to the association La Recherche à la défense, in order to perform the functions of the general coordinator, head of the technical unit of the support mission to the Management of the consolidation programme of the rule of law in Madagascar, effective 1 November 2006 for a period of eight months.
