Registration records will be open from Tuesday, January 9, 2007 to Friday, February 9, 2007.
Registration is on the Internet at the following address:

The closure of Internet services will take place on Tuesday, 30 January 2007, at 5 p.m., Paris time.
Pre-printed applications will be issued to interested parties until Tuesday, 30 January 2007, at 5 p.m., Paris time.
