Decision No. 2005-1090 dated 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 98-203 of 21 April 1998 authorizing the North FM SARL for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency called Chérie FM Amiens-Abbeville and Decision No. 2002-1017 of 15 October 2002 renewing this authorisation

Le Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
Vu la loi n ° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 altered à la liberté de communication, notamment son article 42-3;
Vu la decision n ° 98-203 Dated April 21, 1998, authorizing the Northern FM SARL for the operation of a terrestrial radio frequency modulation radio service known as Chérie FM Amiens-Abbeville and Decision No. 2002-1017 dated October 15, 2002. Authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL Nord FM;
In view of the request for a change in ownership by the North FM SARL for the areas of Abbeville, Amiens and Mers-les-Bains ;
After deliberation, Decides:

Item 1

The authority granted to the North FM SARL in the Abbeville, Amiens and Mers-les-Bains areas is transferred to the SAS Chérie FM Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to SAS FM Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
