DECISION
Decision 2005-1082 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 95-444 of 12 September 1995 authorizing the SARL SORANO Strasbourg pour l' ;exploitation d' a terrestrial terrestrial radio service in Frequency modulation called Nostalgie Strasbourg and Decisions No. 2000-469 of 22 February 2000 and No. 2005-209 of 22 March 2005 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 95-444 Of 12 September 1995 authorizing SARL SORANO Strasbourg for the operation of a terrestrial radio-radio service in frequency modulation called Nostalgie Strasbourg and Decisions No. 2000-469 of 22 February 2000 and No. 2005-209 of 22 March 2005 to renew this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL SORANO Strasbourg;
Given the request for a change in ownership by SARL SORANO Strasbourg for the Strasbourg area;
After deliberation,
Decides:

Article 1


The authorisation granted to SARL SORANO Strasbourg on the Strasbourg area is transferred to SAS Radio Nostalgie Network.

Article 2


This Decision will be notified to SAS Radio Nostalgie Réseau and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
