ARRETE
Order of 2 December 2005 amending the amended Order of 26 November 2004 fixing the amounts of the premium for service constraints attributed to certain civil aviation personnel

Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of Decree No. 2004-1295 of 26 November 2004 establishing a service constraint premium for Certain civil aviation personnel;
In view of Decree No. 2005-1301 of 20 October 2005 on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State, of the staff of the communities, as of 1 November 2005 Territorial and public hospital facilities;
In light of the amended Order of 26 November 2004 setting out the amounts of the service constraint premium allocated to certain civil aviation personnel,
Stop:

Item 1
The monthly amount of the service constraint premium provided for in item 1 of the Order of November 26, 2004, is set at 98.99.

 Article 2


The monthly amount of the service constraint premium provided for in item 2 of the same order is set at 33.10.

Article 3


The order of 29 July 2005 amending the amended Order of 26 November 2004 fixing the amounts of the service constraints premium allocated to certain civil aviation personnel Is repealed.

Article 4


The Director General of Civil Aviation shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall take effect from 1 November 2005 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
