ARRETE
Order of 2 December 2005 amending the amended Order of 19 October 1999 fixing the amount of the special clearance allowance for certain civil aviation technical personnel

Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea,
In light of Decree No. 99-890 of 19 October 1999 as amended to award special compensation Enabling certain technical personnel in civil aviation;
In view of Decree No. 2005-1301 of 20 October 2005 on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State, as of 1 November 2005, of personnel Local authorities and public hospital institutions;
In view of the amended decree of 19 October 1999 fixing the amount of the special allowance for certain civil aviation technical personnel,
Stops:

Article 1

The first paragraph of Article 1 of the decree of 19 October 1999 is replaced by the provisions Following:
" The special clearance allowance provided for in Article 1 of the Decree of 19 October 1999 shall be a monthly allowance, the amount of which shall be fixed at EUR 221.55 as from 1 November 2005. "

Article 2

The order of 4 October 2005 amending the amended Order of 19 October 1999 fixing the amount of the special allowance Clearance granted to certain civil aviation personnel is repealed.

Article 3

The Director General of Civil aviation shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
