Article 1 of the Decree of 21 April 1988 referred to above is replaced by the following: 'art. 1.-officials of the national Institute of demographic studies (INED) are divided between the following bodies: (1) research directors;
(2) research fellows;
(3) research engineers;
(4) design engineers;
(5) Assistant Engineers;
(6) research technicians;
(7) the research technical assistants.
(8) technical research officers.
These body of public servants are governed by the provisions of the Decree of 30 December 1983 referred to above and those of this Decree. ' Article 2 more on this article...

Article 15 of the order is replaced by the following: 'art. 15. - Notwithstanding the provisions of article 236 of the Decree of 30 December 1983 referred to above, the designated jury for each examination by the Director of INED includes: (1) the Director of the Institute or his representative, president;

This evaluation includes a personal interview which gives rise to a record.
The individual evaluation interview, which is led by the senior direct supervisor of the staff member, is to take stock of the agent activity and measure its professional results during the period since the previous individual assessment interview. It is also about the conditions of development of this activity within the work environment, on the training needs of the agent, given particular missions allotted to him and on his professional Outlook in terms of career and mobility.
The record of the individual assessment interview is established by the superior direct supervisor of the staff member. It includes a description of the activities and missions of agent, an assessment of its professional results as well as a written assessment. He mentions also, as appropriate, training needs and opportunities for professional development of the agent identified during the evaluation interview.
This report is communicated to agent which, if necessary, complete by observations on training needs and its career prospects and mobility. It is signed by the officer and his record.
The periodicity of the individual evaluation interview, its content and its organizational modalities are set by body or group of bodies, after notice of the Joint Technical Committee of the establishment, by decision of the Director of INED.
