Decides:
The significant viewing hours of Télé-Toulouse, within the meaning of Article 27 of the Act of 30 September 1986 Changes, are those for the entire programming period.
This Decision applies to the period Between 1 January and 31 December 2003.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
