Decision No. 2002-812 of 3 December 2002 extending Decision 98-321 of 8 April 1998 for the renewal of the authority granted to the association Groupement d' cultural action Eugène Lacaille For operation of a terrestrial radio broadcasting service in frequency modulation entitled Radio Lève Doubout Matinik (RLDM)

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Article 22;
In view of Decision No. 87-23 Of 6 March 1987 of the Commission nationale de la communication et des libertés, as amended by Decision No. 90-829 of 7 December 1990, defining the technical conditions for the use of frequencies for the broadcasting of sound broadcasting signals in Frequency modulation;
In light of Decision No. 98-321 of 8 April 1998 renewing the authority granted to the Groupement d' action culturelle Eugène Lacaille for the operation of a sound broadcasting service by way of Terrestrial radio frequency modulation entitled Radio Lève Doubout Matinik (RLDM);
Given the request made by the association Groupement d' action culturelle Eugène Lacaille on 10 October 2002;
After having deliberated,
Decides:
