Order of 27 December 2002 amending the list of proprietary medicinal products with the use of communities and various public services

The Minister of Health, Family and Disability Issues,
Given the Social Security Code;
Due to the Public Health Code;
Due to the general tax code, including: Article 281 octies;
In light of Decree No. 82-253 of 16 March 1982 applying Articles L. 618 and L. 619 (L. 5123-2 and L. 5123-3) of the Public Health Code;
In light of Decree No. 2001-768 of 27 August 2001 concerning the applicable procedure Generic specialties and changes to the public health code and social security code,
Stop:

Item 1

List of Certified Pharmaceutical Specialties for Community Use and Various Utilities is Changed In accordance with the provisions set out in the Annex.

Article 2

The Director General of Health and the Director of Security Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published and its annex to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
