ARRETE
Decree of 2 January 2003 on the increase in flat-rate salaries as a basis for calculating the contributions of shipowners, contributions and pensions of seafarers in trade, fishing and pleasure craft

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In view of Article L. 42 of the Pension Code The retirement of French sailors from trade, fishing and pleasure;
In light of Decree No. 52-540 of 7 May 1952, amending the classification by categories of duties carried out on board vessels by seafarers of trade, fishing and fishing Pleasure;
In view of the Decree of 31 December 2001 on the increase in the flat-rate salaries used as a basis for the calculation of the contributions of shipowners, contributions and pensions of seafarers in trade, fishing and pleasure,

Article 1


Lump sum salaries as a basis for calculating the contributions of shipowners, contributions and pensions Commercial, fishing and recreational mariners are amended, effective January 1, 2003, in accordance with the following table:


Base for calculating contributions,
contributions and pensions applicable on January 1, 2003

Article 2
