Decree of 28 December 2006 relating to the provisions of a previous decree on secondment (administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal)

By order of the Prime Minister, the Minister of State, Minister of the Interior and The development of the territory, and the custody of the seals, Minister of Justice, of 28 December 2006, the provisions of the decree of 4 April 2006 on the secondment of Mrs Bourcet (Hélène), first adviser to the body of administrative tribunals And administrative courts of appeal, are reported as of April 1, 2006.
On the same date, the contracting party is kept on secondment as a civil administrator to the Department of Interior and Land Use Planning, for The period from 1 April 2006 to 30 June 2009.
