Decision No. 2005-1054 dated 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 92-672 of 21 July 1992 authorizing SARL Radio Oxygen for l' operation of terrestrial radio service in modulation of Frequency known as NRJ Bordeaux and Decisions No. 96-1076 of 6 November 1996 and n ° 2001-943 of 4 December 2001 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No 92-672 Of 21 July 1992 authorizing SARL Radio Oxygen for the operation of a terrestrial radio frequency modulation radio service known as NRJ Bordeaux and Decisions N ° 96-1076 of 6 November 1996 and n ° 2001-943 of 4 December 2001 to renew this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL Radio Oxygen;
Given the request for a change in ownership by SARL Radio Oxygen for the Bordeaux area;
After deliberation, Decides:

Item 1

The authority granted to SARL Radio Oxygen on the Bordeaux area is transferred to the SAS NRJ Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to the SAS NRJ Network and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
