Decree of 30 December 2005 laying down the list of national reference centres for the control of communicable diseases and associated laboratories

The Minister of Health and Solidarity,
In view of the Public Health Code, in particular Articles L. 1413-4 and L. 1413-5;
In view of the Order of 29 November 2004 establishing the Modalities of designation and missions of national reference centres for the fight against communicable diseases;
On the proposal of the Director General of the Institute for Health Surveillance,

Article 2


The Decision of 26 April 2002 establishing the list of national reference centres for the control of communicable diseases and associated laboratories, as amended by the Order of 4 May 2004, extending the designation of National reference centres for communicable diseases and associated laboratories is repealed.

Article 3


The Director General of Health shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
