ARRETE
Order of 16 December 2004 conferring a rank on an officer and retention in employment under article 98-1 of the general status of of the military

By Order of the Minister of Defence dated December 16, 2004, Mr. Nied (Edouard, Cyril, Jean) shall be retained at the rank of Commanding Officer, as an officer serving under contract in his employment as a specialist in methods and techniques of action, for a period of four years from 1 March 2005
Remains attached to the technical and administrative body of the Army Medical Service.
