A contest on titles will take place at the University Hospital of Nantes, in The conditions laid down in Article 5-I (1 °, a) of Decree No. 91-868 of 5 September 1991, amending the specific statutes of the technical staff of the hospital public service, for the purpose of staffing 2 positions of hospital engineer Vacant sub-division at the following institutions:
Centre hospitalier universitaire de Nantes: 1 node biology;
Centre hospitalier départemental La Roche-sur-Yon-Luçon-Montaigu: 1 branch organization and
Article 5 of Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, candidates may be eligible to participate in the competition. They must be at least forty-five years old by 1 January of the year of the competition and possess one of the diplomas or diplomas required by the decree of 23 October 1992, as amended fixing the list of titles or diplomas allowing access to the competition on securities
States of the European Community or of another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area fulfilling the conditions laid down in the Article 5a of the Act of 13 July 1983, above, holders of a title or diploma issued in one of these states and corresponding to one of the diplomas or diplomas of the decree of 23 October
. One of the titles or diplomas of the decree of 23 October 1992, for the application of the decree of 5 September 1991, must first be recognised by the committee provided for by Decree No 94-616 of 21 July 1994, as amended concerning assimilation, For access to competitions or examinations of the hospital public service, titles or diplomas awarded in other Member States of the European Community or in another State Party to the agreement on the European Economic Area.
The limit Age mentioned above shall be deleted or withdrawn in accordance with the laws or regulations in force.
Applications for admission must be submitted, at least one month before the date of the competition on securities, in writing (the Postmark), to the Director General of the Centre hospitalier universitaire de Nantes (Direction du Personnel et des relations sociales, bureau du développement de l' emploi, immeuble Deurbroucq), 5, allée de l' Ile-Gloriette, 44093 Nantes Cedex 1, from which all additional information can be obtained for the constitution of the case, the date and place of the contest.
