In view of the Decree of 11 December 2001 on the control of knowledge and skills of the Midwifery students and the organization of exams,

Midwifery students receive annual remuneration paid monthly in the following ways:

Payment of this remuneration shall be made on behalf of the school of midwives by the school's health care facility, whether or not it is located in the territory of the commune where is Located at the school. In the absence of a support institution, the school passes a management agreement with a public or private health institution, financed by global endowment, which forms part of the school grounds of the school. This institution then proceeds with the payment of the remuneration under the same conditions.
The provisions laid down in Article 1 of this Decree shall apply to midwifery students, subject to the order of 3 June 1986, referred to above, in the third and fourth year of study from the 1st October 2002.
As from 1 October 2003, these provisions also apply to midwifery students, subject to the order of 11 December 2001 referred to in the second phase.
This Order will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
