NOTICE
Notice to importers of certain industrial and agricultural products imported under the scheme of generalised preferences (GSP) originating in Senegal

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2586/2001 (OJ L 345/01), the Senegal is eligible for the special scheme granted under the multiannual scheme of generalised preferences to the least developed countries (cf. Article 6 of Regulation [EC] No 2820/98 [OJ L 357/1998], as amended by Regulation [EC] No 416/2001 [JOCE n ° L 60/2001]).
As a result, as of 29 December 2001, goods originating in Senegal, excluding those of Chapter 93, are admissible on Community territory with total exemption from the rights of Customs on the presentation of a certificate of origin Form A or an invoice declaration of origin for consignments of a value not exceeding EUR 6
