On the report of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister of Public Service State reform,

  • TITLE I: PERMANENT PROVISIONS Article 1

    Section 42 of the Order is replaced by the following:

    Article 5


    Within the Joint Administrative Committees and until Appointment of representatives of the new ranks created by this Order:
    (a) Representatives of the normal class of cipher shall exercise the powers of the representatives of the new rank of Secretary of Information Systems and 2nd class communication;
    b) Representatives of the upper class cipher exercise the skills of representatives of the new rank of secretary of first class information and communication systems;
    (c) Representatives of the exceptional class of cipher exercise the skills of representatives of the new rank of secretary of information and communication systems outside the classroom.

    Article 6


    For the application of the provisions of Article L. 16 of the Civil and Military Pension Code, the assimilations foreseen to fix the new Indications of treatment referred to in Article L. 15 of that Code shall be carried out in accordance with the reclassification rules laid down in Article 4 above.
