Opinion on the game of La Française des jeux named " Euro Millions "

In the absence of a first-rank winner on January 5, 2007, The amounts allocated to the winners of this row will be paid into a deferral fund to be added to the first rank of the draw on January 12, 2007.

Article 2

In the event of first-rank winner (s) of 5 January 2007, a minimum gain of € 15 million (1 789 976 133 F PSC) will be guaranteed for all top-ranking winners of the Draw on 12 January 2007, pursuant to Article 8.7 of the Rules of Procedure.

Article 3

The guarantee of Article 2 above Is to be completed, if necessary, up to the sum of the first rank allocation by means of a levy on the Super Cagnotte fund pursuant to 8.4.2.2 of the rules of the game.
